About Us.
We founded Arder Energy following international careers in banking and in the oil and gas industry, where our focus was on deal delivery and value chain integration mainly for major LNG projects. During that time, we realized just how critical power is to both operational resilience and long-term competitiveness. Yet, despite power consistently ranking as a top-five operating expense, it rarely gets the strategic attention it deserves. Industrial operators—ourselves included in our prior roles—often do not realize the immense agency they actually have to actively manage and reduce these costs.
We also saw a critical gap in how the power market operates. Traditional power consultants and developers rarely speak the language of heavy industry, and a static consulting report won't move the needle. Realizing real value requires execution—and execution demands a partner who understands your operational constraints as deeply as they understand the power grid's complex contractual, operational, and technical levers. We built Arder to bridge this gap, providing the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous analytics that heavy industry has been missing.
